Bring your boat and launch from the boat ramp a few street over, or make the short drive to the Intracoastal Waterway.brbrThis is our family vacation home. We purchased the house two years ago and spent last year renovating the outside of the house. We painted, built an outside shower, replaced windows, and built a storage room. We have spent the winter months of 2019 renovating the interior of the house. We have gutted the kitchen and installed new white cabinets, redone the floors throughout, redone the bathrooms, put in new doors, painted, and bought new furniture. The house is like brand new for you to enjoy this summer!brbrWe do ask you to remember that this is our vacation home that we use our-self. We hope that you will treat it with the same respect that you would your own home. We also ask that you be considerate of our neighbors. We do have some full time residents next door and the houses are very close to each other. They are very friendly, but please observe a 10:00 quiet time.

Beautiful end unit townhome located in Egret Run within prestigious Barefoot Resort. The Presidio floor plan offers 2000 heated square feet. The kitchen has beautiful 42 Cherry cabinets and granite countertops, and there is also a breakfast nook. The dining and living areas are very bright as an end unit. Off the living room is a sunroom to enjoy. Just off the sunroom is a patio where you can grill and entertain your guests. The master suite is on the ground floor, and the bath has double sinks and a shower. Upstairs are the other bedrooms. One of them is another suite with its owner's bathroom. A large attic space with access from the upstairs suite was converted into a kid's bunk room. From Memorial Day to the end of October, a shuttle runs through the resort, taking you to the Beach or Barefoot Landing for entertainment, shopping, and dining. All golfers in the community have access to four Barefoot Resort community golf courses (public fee applies). There is also a marina where jet skis, pontoon boats, and boat slips can be rented. No other resort offers so much!
