✅ Nope! What you see is what you pay—no resort or surprise charges.



Q: Are towels and linens included

✅ Yes! Each guest gets 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth, and all beds are made with fresh linens.



Q: Is parking free

✅ Yes! Parking is in front of the property. You will have 3 parking spaces (3 cars). Please park only on the indicated spaces, not on the sidewalk. No parking under the house Free off-street parking is included.



Q: Can I bring my dog

✅ Maybe! 2 SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH THE AGE AND TYPE OF DOG YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply. A PET FEE OF $150 PER PET IS ALSO REQUIRED AND MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. You will also be required to clean up after your dog both inside and out. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING AND REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES REGARDING PETS.
