This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. NO br brPETS NOT ALLOWED. If you bring a pet(s), this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits will be retained and a deep cleaning fee will apply. br brCHECK-IN & CHECKOUT - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available. If Guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect their possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests and Guest will be charged $150 for this service. We've just completed a full renovation of our condo, complete with all new appliances, flooring, counters, and beds, etc., all beautifully decorated and comfortable...just steps to the beach and pool! brbrDon't worry about packing beach towels or beach chairs; we have them for you to use during your stay, as well as a complete set of bed linens, bath towels and washcloths, hair dryers, initial supplies of bath soap, kitchen soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. etc. etc. The list goes on and on! We've even put aloe gel in the fridge, just in case you have such a good time you forget to reapply the sunscreen! We hope we've thought of all the little things you might need, so all you have to do is bring your clothes and start relaxing!brbrLove to cook From spices to teas, spatulas to frying pans and most everything in between, the completely outfitted kitchen is ready for you to channel your inner Joanna Gaines or Julia Childs (we 'more mature' folks know who that is, am I right )brbrAnd did I mention all new mattresses and pillows on all beds Oh yeah, and alternative down feather toppers too. After a day at the beach, there's nothing better than a good shower, great food from all the wonderful nearby restaurants, and sinking in to a comfortable bed with new and fresh bed linens . . . yes, it's definitely time for some much needed rest and pleasant dreams.brbrThe pool is between the condo and the ocean, and has an outdoor shower for those sandy feet, chairs, toys and sometimes body! There's an area with grills and picnic tables too, in case you decide to cook and eat al fresco, with the sound of the ocean and the lovely breeze blowing as ambiance. Somehow, that always seems to make the food taste even better!brbrPLEASE NOTE: This condo is a 3rd floor walkup. I count the steps as exercise and in my mind, that just means I can go down the street and get a double scoop of ice cream. . . cake batter is my favorite flavor!brbrWe know you'll love our condo. It's in a quieter section of Cherry Grove, but still only 11 minutes to the chain supermarkets, and even less to the local family owned market, where you can pick up gifts, already prepared food, and most grocery items. And, it is right on the beach, so lugging the kids stuff and chairs and bags, isn't that much of a chore . . .the walkway is literally 3 steps from the stairs. Easy peasy and so cute and comfortable... this will be your happy place, where you can spend much needed downtime with your family (or maybe even some quality time with yourself ) and make lovely and lasting beach memories.
