This is a quiet FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood with HOA Rules that are strictly enforced. Our house is just over a block from the ocean, making it just steps to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy the community pool Memorial Day to Labor Day, which also includes a children's pool, and hot tub.
