This sensors helps the host track when cleaners enter and leave the unit and unauthorized access when there is no booking or cleaning scheduled. This also helps the host to track if any anyone left the balcony door open which can cause birds to enter the unit, condensation buildup and AC/heater unit running continuously which can lead to mechanical failures/fire.
