The Fine Print: Refined children and up to two well-mannered dogs welcome. Pets should not be left alone in the cottage, unless comfortably crated (please read pet addendum) and will require a modest fee ($125/week per dog or $25/night per dog; $75/week per 2nd dog or $15/night - system only quotes weekly price, owner can override system to plug in correct pet fee), along with families responsible for any damage they may cause. All residents, four-legged and otherwise, must be noted in your rental agreement.

No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, boats, large parties, special events, smoking, fireworks or principal renters under 24 years of age. Principal renter must be on premises during rental period (no young people on their own, no parties or events).
