Oceanside Village has three pools; 2 outdoor with a children's water park which our house is only a two-minute walk away or 30 seconds by golf cart(included).Also there is a indoor heated pool just a 2 minute ride from the house. Both have kiddie pools and hot tubs. Both pool areas have plenty of room for sitting and lounging or sunbathing.brThe Village also has its own private Beach parking area with restrooms and outdoor showers. Just a 3 minute ride from our house.brbrOur home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with chest, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, chest, and dresser and cable TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with full size bottom and pull-out twin trundle underneath plus a chest, and drawers under one bunk. This room is perfect for 4-6 children.brAll rooms have their own closets with hangers and room for storing other belongings.brThe spacious living area has a large sofa, 3 very comfortable chairs, and large flat screen smart TV, DVD / VHS player. Yes I said VHS so bring those old movies you haven't watched in years. Also, free Wi-Fi is includedbrThere is a large kitchen with an island, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and crock pot. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you should need. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.brLarge dining area has dining table with 6 chairs + 4 stools at the island / bar.brFor your convenience there is NEW refridgerator, NEW dish washer, a NEW full size washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.brThere is a front porch with two rocking chairs and a rear sundeck with a large propane grill. Our building has a very cool vibe! I know you will love it! brbrA note for our summer guests: We have our air conditioning unit checked regularly and it's in great working order! But Myrtle is a sub-tropical climate and it's always hot, humid and windy during the summer. We have not yet replaced our balcony doors and the condo takes time to cool down from the afternoon sun. Smart TVs and wireless internet.The lower back deck located on the swash allows for fun crabbing, fishing, and watching water fowl from the convenience of your deck. Just a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach with a great playground in front of the dunes. All you need to do is grab a towel and take a few steps to relax to the sounds of the ocean. Your feet are in the sand within 500 ft!brThere are 2 entrances to house. One is covered in case of inclement weather and second entrance takes you to a large deck that wraps around 3 sides of house, giving you beautiful lake and ocean views. Both lower and upper deck comfortably set up with multiple tables, outdoor seating with gas and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. A very well equipped kitchen with eat in table and chairs plus open dining-living areas on the first floor. First floor also has a master bedroom (King) suite with private full bathroom. There is a half bath located on first floor off back hallway. Two very spacious bedroom suites on second floor, both with their own full baths attached. One bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bed. A beautiful sunny sitting nook in between bedrooms contains queen pull out sofa. Laundry room with sink across from sitting nook. brBecause house is located on the swash it is more private with ease of access to 3 car parking under house. One of our favorite features is the huge deck that has either shade or sun which ever you are in need of.brThe house is in Ocean Lakes Family Campground giving you free access to the beautiful water park, pool, arcades, lakes, and beach. The best of everything whether you want to sit back and relax or join in with all the amazing activities available in the park or in the Myrtle Beach area. A quick 15 minute car ride to the beautiful Murrells Inlet seafood capital of South Carolina. There are so many wonderful eateries you can eat out everyday and you still leave behind places to go to next trip. It's a shopping haven for those of us who love to shop right out of the Ocean Lakes gate.
