The Tupelo Bay community offers an on site executive golf course, mini golf, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, pickleball, ice cream shop and less than a mile to the beach via summertime community shuttle which all makes this an ideal vacation choice where there's something to do for everyone.brbrOur villa is an end unit located on the bottom floor for easy access. Parking is right out front and luggage carts are available for guest use.brbrRecently purchased, the condo has everything new! The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area has quality, comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day of fun. Generous living space allows plenty of room for everyone!brbrThe villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The master bath includes a walk in over-sized shower with double sinks and granite counters. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. A hallway pocket door slides closed to create additional privacy if desired. Bedroom #3 is ample size with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are bright and airy and include linens and bath towels.br brThe villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Also included is WiFi and cable TV. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV, the master and 2nd bedroom both have 55 inch smart TV's, and the 3rd bedroom also has a smart TV. brbrThere is a secure outdoor storage closet with beach chairs, beach cart, sport umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and used golf clubs for your use. You can also hold your golf and beach gear in the outdoor closet as well. Please note, beach towels are not included with the rental.brbr** Please note that Tupelo Bay is a quiet community. This is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront beach house located on Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach! JUST A FEW HOUSES DOWN FROM THE FAMOUS GARDEN CITY PIER!! Exterior features are an ocean-side facing porch and deck with a pool right by the beach!brbrFrom the ground level, there is space to park up to 6 medium-sized vehicles under the covered area. We do allow motorcycles and/or trailers, but they must fit in the driveway. Please Note: This house is not handicap accessible and the only access for entrance is by stairs, as pictured. The back deck also includes an outdoor shower for quick cleanup after a day on the beach.brbrThe main floor includes a living/dining room combination with a 75 inch flat screen in the living room! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oceanfront dining room table. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils so you can pack light! One full bath and two bedrooms are located on the main floor - one king and one with two bunk beds, a triple twin bunk and a twin over full bunk bed. brbrThe second floor (3rd level) features 4 bedrooms (all with king beds) and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean!
