Walk across the bridge to our private putting green, available only to property owners and their guests. The tennis court is just a short walk from our front door and the beach is a short ten minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Renovated with new cabinetry, countertops and flooring in 2025. A large, deep utility sink and full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry area. The enclosed court yard serves to store chairs, hang towels and rinse off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bath with large walk-in shower.
