All the windows and front need to be replaced. A cold draft can be felt when you stand near any of the windows. The entire condo needs a serious update.

Location, location, location! This condo is located in a great area and is very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beach! While the unit is a bit dated, it’s spacious for a 2 bedroom/2 bath. The patio is also lovely surrounded by green plants and trees. We stayed for three nights over Christmas and were blessed with perfect sunny and 70 degree weather. Communication with the owner was also great and timely. Our only disappointment is that the owners required that all food supplies be removed when leaving. This means when you arrive, you’ll need to bring/buy your own sugar, salt/pepper (and other spices, if needed), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. I’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the years, and all of these items were already available at the unit. We use and replace them as needed. We’ve also left cold bottled water, coffee, tea, creamer, foil, plastic wrap, etc. for the next guests to use as well. There’s no reason to dispose of these items upon leaving, but we complied with the owners rules. While I understand that the refrigerator be cleaned of food stuffs, I’d suggest that the owners reconsider allowing some staples to be allowed to stay for the next guests. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here and had beautiful weather. It was great we could take our dog. Overall we had a wonderful few days at the beach.

Villa was clean, family and pet friendly. The host took precautions to child proof the Villa.The host answered any and all questions I emailed him.We will not hesitate to book this Villa.

We had a great visit to HHI and felt very at-home in this rental. Coordination/communication prior to the trip was very easy and Bob was great to work with to complete our rental agreement and get the parking pass mailed to us.The condo itself was very clean and well-kept with plenty of towels, kitchenware, storage space etc., and a wonderful backyard patio area with a hose that came in handy for rinsing off sandy feet. The location of this rental was also perfect! It truly was just a short 10 min walk to the beach, on paved paths, with the public beach access right there. There were so many adjacent paths to walk our dog which was great!The only downsides were that the master bathtub had pretty bad drainage (but the second full bathroom was much better), and the master bed was not the most supportive. The people in the unit above and next door were also fairly loud - but this is out of the control of the owners, just as a caveat!

Place was as described, clean, and in a great location. The instructions provided ahead of our stay were very helpful. Worked great for a weekend getaway for our child's first birthday.

We had a great stay with our little Pomeranian! Place was in a great location, easy parking, very simple checkout list and no complaints about the actual condo. Would definitely recommend / stay again.

Owners were very communicative. Location is great and super convenient to walk to the beach and easily get to surrounding shops/restaurants/etc. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear the upstairs guests moving around, although it didn't bother us too much. A good home base for exploring the area!

Our stay was great! The property was a great size. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a pantry to put groceries. The owners were very kind. The walk to the beach was pretty close and the walk to Coligny was also easy. There was a trolley stop nearby that can get you around the island.

We like this condo so much we have stayed there three times. The location is great, it is one story, and the back patio has a hose to spray off when coming back from the beach.

We could not have felt more welcomed from the time we walked in the condo, until the day we left three days later. The condo had everything, anyone could want during their stay. The communication was exceptional! We definitely would recommend anyone to book this condo because it’s convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach! The host are definitely top-notch. Love this property! It’s perfect for me and my senior dog. No stairs; parking right outside the front door; great location; has everything I need for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean. I’ve now stayed 3 times (2022, 2023, 2024)…..that should say it all!

Property manager/owner was extremely easy to work with and quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed our stay at island House . Everything was easy to get to and condo was well stocked with anything you may need while on vacation. Owner communicates quickly with any concerns .

This place met all of our expectations. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach was a short walk away. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella certainly came in handy. My only complaint would be that the sliding glass door to the little patio was almost impossible to open. We enjoyed our time here very much
