The kitchen, overlooking the pool and back deck, features granite countertops, blue cabinets, built-in cook top and double ovens. There is also an eat-in area with wooden table that seats 6, as well as seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Sliding glass doors provide easy access out to the spacious deck for grilling or dining at the deck table seating 6, along with ample built-in bench seating, 2 lounge chairs, 4 chairs and the Char-Broil gas grill. The back deck goes the length of the house and has stairs leading down to the pool area that overlooks the lagoon. Guests will love the privacy the yard provides with the lush tropical landscaping all around. You have the pool and also a private dock on the lagoon, a perfect place for a quiet escape.
