The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. For those of you who don’t know Sea Pines our beach home at #1 Spotted Sandpiper is the perfect location. Only five homes from the best beach on Hilton Head (with no streets to cross), we are only three streets from the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club offers drinks & snacks as well as lunch & dinner while you gaze at the ocean. Incredible! Relax in our pool and hot tub after returning from the two minute walk to the beach on the beach walk. There’s nothing much nicer!!brbrFamilies enjoy the spaciousness and separation that our home offers on its three levels. The foyer, family room, laundry, and half bath are on the first level. A few steps up is the lovely living room with fireplace overlooking the pool and hot tub with the dining room and kitchen sharing this level. The kitchen is well equipped for those that choose to cook. There is , also, a built in barbeque on the patio so you can enjoy eating by the pool. When you choose to eat out there are many wonderful restaurants close by. While some family members enjoy the living room others can be watching television, (there are four flat screens) listening to the stereo or playing games in the family room. The TV in the family room is HD and DVR equipped. Of course the home is equipped with WI-FI. The third level features the four bedrooms and three full baths. This great home has two master bedroom suites with queen beds, both feature private baths with beautiful glass showers. One also has a Jacuzzi. Of the remaining two bedrooms, one has a queen bed the other has twin beds. Both share a bathroom right across the hall. brbrThere is so much to do close our home!! Bike riding, golfing (there are three courses in Sea Pines), tennis, dolphin watching, shopping, Harbourtown, South Beach, horseback riding, the forest preserve, fishing, great restaurants – so much to do !! All of this only minutes from our home!! High speed wireless internet works well throughout the house. brbrTennismaster is in a great location inside the gated Shipyard Plantation. Walk to the beach is about 8-10 minutes. Or a two minute ride by summer shuttle. Walk or bike on the cool shaded safe bike paths. With the BEACH LOCKER you can use the chairs and beach gear provided or store your own items. The locker is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. Bikes can rented and stored at the unit in the front storage shed.brbrThe famous Van De Meer tennis courts are right next to the Tennismaster Villas. The large pool is practically out the back door with shaded picnic area. Our pool is never crowded like others in Shipyard. The beautiful Hilton Head beach and new Shipyard beach house are within very close walking distance. Shipyard has some of the most beautiful and safe bike paths on Hilton Head Island. For nature lovers of all ages, the lagoons in Shipyard provide fishing and an abundance of wild life viewing. Also, the villa has a large back lawn for kids to play outdoor games. We have a number of games the kids can use such as croquet, catch, football etc. Numerous restaurants and shopping are all close by as Shipyard is located in the middle of the island. brbrWe only rent to families or mature adults.
