We had a great trip with extended family. The house is beautiful- kitchen is well stocked, we used the screen porch a ton. The pool was great - the pool is in full sun most of the day. There are some pool noodles, floaties and some small beach toys left by others. Beach access is an easy bike ride away or probably 20 min walk. Overall a great property for groups.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could have needed. We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone had plenty of room. The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. Some written instructions would be nice as we struggled every morning to figure it out. Excellent property!

Loved our stay! We had 9 people (including 3 kids), and the house worked perfectly - very well stocked, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and the pool was a huge hit. Communication with the management company was great, very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and all the furniture and linens were top notch. There were a couple of items oddly not there; including hairdryers, and nicer non-breakable glasses for around the pool. Also, no beach towels or pool towels were provided, which seemed odd.I do have to report that the hot tub was not controllable from the property during the time we stayed, so it involved calling the property manager to turn it on when we needed it. Biggest issue, was 7:30 leaf blowing during our stay that lasted for nearly an hour before we asked them to stop.Overall just some bumps, the the house was fabulous! Would book again, assuming they correct the issues.

We had a great time in this beautiful home! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. It’s a great location and has a very well appointed kitchen for cooking meals.

Bedrooms are laid out perfect, especially if u have kids that like bunk beds…beds super comfy along with the sheets…you will do most of ur entertainment in the kitchen and great screened in 3 seasons room…pool is a good size. If u want to rent bikes u can get all over Sea Pines without a car really

This house exceeded our lofty expectations. It has everything my family and I needed for a comfortable vacation getaway. Located close to the beach, great restaurants and both tennis clubs and golf courses - all of which we took advantage of. But it wasn’t easy to leave the property. The pool and hot tub are brand new and beautiful. We lived in the screened-in room with fireplace and oversized TV. The kitchen was well-appointed including a coffee maker with built-in grinder (a must for me in the mornings)! And great WiFi access throughout which was important when I needed to get work done. Hard to leave but we’ll be back!
