The pool area was redone in the winter of 2024-25 and is now heated in cooler weather and cooled in the summer. (Its temperature can't be more than 20 degrees higher or lower than the air temperature, however.) The deck area was expanded, too.brbrThe condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation.
