This top floor unit is secluded in the corner of building 4 and had 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom! Hilton Head Resort’s central location on the island is convenient to Shelter Cove shops and marina, supermarkets, restaurants, and other family activities! brbrThe kitchen has all new white cabinets with a clean granite countertop. The appliances are all full size including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink. There is a drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker provided. There is also a built-in breakfast bar which provides seating for 4 as well as additional counter space. There is a wet bar area for addition storage. Other amenities include a blender, toaster, full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and utensils. There are also plenty of cooking pots and pans to make your favorite meals.brbrThe master en suit bedroom offers a king bed, a closet and dresser for your belongings. There are two nightstands and lights on either side of the bed for reading. A mounted TV is also in the bedroom. New wood floors are in the bedroom and throughout the unit. Bedroom two has a queen bed, closet, dresser, tv and ample lighting. Bedroom three has bunk beds, closet, cubbies, tv, and ample lighting.brbrThe clean, simple aesthetic is continued in the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Why chance staying someplace else The Moorings property is by far the best rental buy on Hilton Head. You will not find a less expensive rental property in a major resort development like Palmetto Dunes that is this close to the ocean. Keyless entry so not check in required. Our two bedroom, three bath townhouse is 95 yards to the beach, and overlooks the on site pool. The short distance to the beach enables you to come and go to the beach for soft drinks, snacks, meals, etc. The rental property is part of a small complex of townhouses that are located behind a guarded security gate. We've renovated the kitchen with tiled floor, Granite counter tops and tiled backdrop, Wood flooring living room and bedrooms, crown molding, 3 re-furbished bathrooms with marble tops and regularly freshly painted Villa. The Villa is maintained very clean, fully furnished including three TVs, cable, DVD and VCR. Two central air conditioner systems which are professionally inspected annually twice a year (spring and fall) for preventative maintenance . The property is maintained by our private staff and extremely detailed minded cleaning crew whose owner inspects the Villa after there completion of cleaning . You can walk up to the beachfront bars at both the Omni and the Marriott to enjoy lunch or a libation - both are walking distance from either beach spot !brbrRide your bike to the beach, one and a half miles from our door at captains quarters, or call the dune buggy shuttle for a lift door to door, if visiting between March and September. brThis on call shuttle can transport you anywhere within palmetto and shelter cove. I will have your pass ready for pick up at any time on your day of arrival. You can explore any of the islands amenities including Palmetto Dunes once you’ve retrieved your pass. There is a $25 fee for this pass that you pay directly to the security office.
