Across the hall there is a bedroom with a queen bed, chair and 43” TV. At the end of the hall is the final bedroom on this floor. It has a king bed, chair, high ceilings and a 43” TV. This bedroom has views of the pool area. There is also a private bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.brbrBack downstairs, to the right of the front door, you will find the formal dining room with seating for six. The downstairs is all tiled except for the master bedroom which has carpets. Down the hall is a ½ bathroom with a glass sink. The second living room has a gray couch, four chairs, a fireplace and a 65” Samsung TV. Behind the couch is a bar area with wine fridge. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a granite topped island, four tall chairs, stainless steel appliances and a round table that seats four. There are pool views from both the kitchen and living room. By the sliding glass doors, which lead to the pool and backyard, there are two comfortable chairs - a great place to read a book while looking out at the pool.brbrOutside you will find a very nice pool and hot tub with waterfall feature and plenty of seating for everyone to relax. There is a table that seats six, a love seat and four rocker chairs plus a Char-Broil grill to cook up your favorite bar-b-que. On the other side of the pool there are three lounge chairs, a patio sofa and two chairs by the fire pit. This backyard oasis has lush landscaping and is completely fenced in for privacy and sits along the lagoon.
