However, the exact dates that the pool will be heated is subject to change without notice and weather permitting. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One's amenities include a grilling area just beyond the pool. Oceanfront fire pits are located between the pool and the sand dunes and are open weather permitting during the off season. Unit #405 is only one block from Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, night life and entertainment for all ages.
