LARGE Master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with 2 full baths and a naturally lite office/den with a trundle bed giving everyone space. This established neighborhood is family & dog friendly! Our local favorite coffee shop/night pub with different food trucks nightly is only 2 blocks from home! Only 3 .5 miles from downtown and 5 minutes from grocery stores. The split floor plan is perfect for privacy. On the south side the extra large bedroom w/ king size memory foam mattress and has the office/den directly opposite. It includes a wireless printer, paper, and small desk. There is also a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. There is a Flat Screen in the office as well as the living room. These two rooms share a full large bathroom. Behind the kitchen and living room is the other master bedroom/full bath. This also has a king bed with a memory foam. The deck wraps around the back of the house overlooking the fenced in yard and creek. The back yard is fenced in on three sides, open to the creek. We have included 2 roller gates on the back patio for keeping little ones and pets safe. The backyard is newly landscaped and includes a firepit seating area. We only ask that you monitor your dogs in the backyard as any damage to the landscaping will be charged. We have landscape Maintenance that come twice a month to maintain. Don’t worry there’s plenty of room for your dog to roam in the back . My dog Gypsy is a digger and we have to keep our eyes on her at all times when she’s back there, she just can’t help herself.
