Cozy Cottage 3 Minutes to Downtown Greenville!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and modern. The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is a bit transitional but we didn't have any issues and were nice and close to downtown.

Great place for a little weekend getaway! The house was clean and cozy, and close to downtown. The yard was also a great size for our two pups. We will definitely book this house again!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was great location, it was super clean, and there were lots of thoughtful little extras throughout the home. Comfortable bed, too, which was amazing! We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!

We were pleased to see that our rental was close to the wedding reception by a block or two. Fabulous location, tasteful decorated, well appointed and everything you need for a stay. I would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean & very well organized.. I love the setup & all of the complimentary items were a huge plus! The neighborhood is nice too & quiet. Not a lot of traffic. Recommend washing the shower curtain liner or replacing it, it had some mold on it but other than that.. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!! Would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and in a great location. It was missing a few kitchen essentials (dish soap, collander, small pot- only had one giant one) which I could have used for my longer stay but overall it was fine. There was apparently an attempted break in into my car the second night I was there and another car on the street was broken into but the flood lights on this house scared them away and the neighbor who came to tell me caught it all on her camera and reported it. I never felt unsafe in the area though and walked my dog around alone plenty.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The owners were very responsive with any questions I had and extremely polite. We were also so happy to bring our dog Banks! He slept so well in his crate in the house but it was nice they had a large yard to walk him around in!

Stayed here with my mother who uses a walker, which was easily manageable. We were impressed with the decor, cleanliness, safety features and style of the house. Very nice for 2 or 3 people and close to downtown Greenville.

Perfect size and location for a small family stay close to downtown Grewnville, SC.
