We really enjoyed our multi-week stay at the property. It was within walking distance to explore everything downtown Greenville has to offer. We brought our dog and the park across the street was perfect for our daily walks. The wi-fi was also fantastic. the property owner, Anne, was extremely attentive and helped us out with area recommendations. Highly recommend staying at this property if you are in the area.

Anne’s bungalow in a quiet historic neighborhood was everything this 75 year old woman could have wanted for a month’s getaway - not too large for one person and roomy enough for friends who visited a few days. I loved the cozy feel of the home; the front porch was my favorite spot. The park across the street has an easy walking trail, just a short walk to Main St - yes, this IS a perfect location.

hardwood floors, large rooms, updated kitchen, new appliances, across from park, great front porch & back patio, Anne is terrific host, great location. that said, it desperately needs a new living room couch.

Being in this historical neighborhood, with the greatest park just across the street, was a highlight of our trip. The house was charming and had everything we needed. We had our pets with us and they absolutely loved hanging out on the back porch and going to the park twice a day. We were minutes from downtown and all the beautiful walking trails throughout Greenville. I can’t say enough about the town, the place and Anne, our host help make the trip perfect, already planning on returning!!

The house is clean and tidy. Communication with Anne, the owner, was excellent. Check in was easy with good instructions. There were no issues with anything in the house. The house is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Greenville and we walked there several times. It is also half a block from McPherson Park which has an excellent walking trail for dogs. Anne was very kind and generous during our stay.

All went well from check in to check out. There was a small plumbing problem, we called owner and the problem was dealt with within a couple of hours. That was remarkable as the problem required a professional repair and the owner got it done with absolutely no disruption of our stay.

I stayed on my own with visits from my family. Was perfect location. Family friendly. My dog loved walking around the neighborhood. 5/10 min walk to downtown Greenville! Nice park to walk your dog or play mini golf with kids is a 2 min walk.

Anne's place was great and she was a good host. The place was in great shape when we showed up and had a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The knives would benefit from a fresh sharpening, but I am someone who typically works with very sharp knives. All in all, everything was great. House, location to the city and McPherson park. The only upsetting thing was the condition of the backyard. We brought our dog with us and hoped for him to be able to use and enjoy it. However, we found some pieces of broken glass in it when we first showed up. It was almost all weeds and vastly overgrown by the time we were done there. As a result, we never really were able to enjoy the backyard. We still loved the back porch, but the yard was more or less unusable. We were there for ~8 weeks and there was never anyone who came by to care for the yard. All in all though, not a huge issue. Just why we would give it 4 stars rather than 5.

This house is a charming bungalow with large comfortable rooms. Everything we needed was provided. The back deck and deep front porch extend the living space with restful outdoor space to read or eat or chat. We really liked the proximity to downtown and good restaurants.
