The city bus has a stop across the street just a short walk away. Stadium chairs are available to borrow, and we have provided many games for the family to enjoy during their visit. There is a Keurig coffee maker and welcome basket for our guests. If you choose to stay at our home and you have two vehicles, please park one car all the way to the left in front of the front steps. Please park the other car on the side of the road/street in front of our house. My husband and I live in the bonus room above the detached garage and the driveway narrows at the end so we need enough space to come and go in our vehicles, and we park in the back. It`s home to college students to established home owners and is convenient to everything downtown Columbia has to offer! There are several parks all close by the home and some unique local restraurants in the area!brbrThere is parking on the street in front of the home.brbrTraylor Team Homes & Hospitality requires a copy to be provided of your photo ID and that you provide first and last names of everyone staying on the property, as well as, ages of each guest for security purposes. There are two exterior security cameras that actively monitor and record the front/back yard for security purposes, safety, and parking. By booking this property, you agree you will not hold the owner or property management company liable for any accidents, bodily injury, or death that may occur during your stay.brIn addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:brbr- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation. br- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8ambr- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.br-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.br-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property. br-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests. br- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.br- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us knowbr- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.br- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)br- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance camerasbr- Nothing but toilet paper in the toiletsbrbrTo be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace. brbrPlease Note: We will NOT ship ANY items left behind. Please ensure you have gathered ALL your belongs prior to checking out. We will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.brbrBy booking with us you agree to not hold property owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death.
