Both properties are on the national Register of Historic Places.brbrWortham House has three bedrooms in the second floor each featuring twin beds (one of which can be converted to a king), flat screen TV's and full private bathrooms. The house can accommodate 6 adults. The first floor features a large, tastefully furnished lounge perfect for morning reading with coffee and afternoon cocktails. A powder room is located adjacent to the lounge. A dine in kitchen for six is also adjacent to the lounge when breakfast is served until 9am. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, an oven and microwave for heating of food brought in to the house. Unfortunately cooking per se is not allowed by the city of Charleston.brbrWortham House is surrounded by award winning gardens published in multiple magazines and books. It has been most recently recognized by the Smithsonian Archives of American Gardens and the Garden Conservatory of America's Best twenty-five gardens in the U.S. Space in the garden is available for dining.
