The home is situated in Harleston Village, one of the most desired neighborhoods in Downtown Charleston. Located on a quiet side street, the home has privacy but is only blocks from all that the lower peninsula has to offer. The best shopping and restaurants of Lower King Street are just a few minutes walk from the home or hop on a bike and see all of the most popular downtown sights such as the Battery, Rainbow Row, and Waterfront Park which are all less than a mile from your front door.Enter our home into the living room and you will immediately notice quality furniture including a premium sofa couch with upgraded queen sleeper and 50” smart TV. Our updated kitchen has every appliance and cooking item you may need and dining for six. Primary bedroom has a new queen hybrid mattress, large double closet, ceiling fan, 32” smart TV, and the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen hybrid mattress, two large closets, ceiling fan, and a new trundle bed with 2 twin beds if needed for additional guests. Hallway bath is upgraded with atile shower. We have all new plush bed linens and towels as well as full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning or evening beverage on our bistro set out on the private brick patio. Home is also child friendly with high-chair, and pack n play for your convenience. Driveway will fit either two small or one larger vehicle.
