The best shopping and restaurants of Lower King Street are just a few minutes walk from the home or hop on a bike and see all of the most popular downtown sights such as the Battery, Rainbow Row, and Waterfront Park which are all less than a mile from your front door.Enter our home into the living room and you will immediately notice quality furniture including a premium sofa couch with upgraded queen sleeper and 50” smart TV. Our updated kitchen has every appliance and cooking item you may need and dining for six. Primary bedroom has a new queen hybrid mattress, large double closet, ceiling fan, 32” smart TV, and the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen hybrid mattress, two large closets, ceiling fan, and a new trundle bed with 2 twin beds if needed for additional guests. Hallway bath is upgraded with atile shower. We have all new plush bed linens and towels as well as full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning or evening beverage on our bistro set out on the private brick patio. Home is also child friendly with high-chair, and pack n play for your convenience. Driveway will fit either two small or one larger vehicle.
