Cozy 5BR/5BA Downtown House w. Pool & Parking!

We had a great time and this is a gorgeous and cozy space! Walking distance to King street was a plus. There is traffic noise from the nearby highway but host provided sound machines for each room if that’s something that bothers you. This place is very clean and the linens and beds were all very comfortable. We would rent again in the future.

Perfect for our short trip

The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. The host was helpful and responsive. The location was convenient, however, the highway and ramps were directly across the street so it was very, very loud during all hours.

Cool place to stay! Open concept, comfy beds & pillows. Close to King Street & downtown. Quick response from host. Noise machines to drive out traffic noise. Worked well for our family with 6 adults and a baby.

I have to give a 10/10 for service, location and proximity to great food, The home itself was perfect for a friend and family celebration. The aesthetics were bright, comfortable, charming and lots of space to hang out and mingle in and around the home.

This house was us great. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do. It made getting around so easy and especially going to King St. Every bedroom had a king-size bed and its own bathroom, which made a huge difference. The common area was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the space.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay.

Great location , walking distance to down town. But very mossy location too much traffic all night early morning!

The house is very spacious and we loved all the separate bathrooms! The parking was a little hard to spot but the host was very quick to respond. The only thing I found inconvient was the parking for such a large home…there’s a great chance there will be more than one vehicle which did happen but only ONE parking spot. So we had to find parking for the other vehicle. Again the host gave helpful info on a parking garage near by which we did appreciate. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing trip! So much space and the amenities offered are awesome. Communication with the owner was very easy and he always responded quickly. Check in and out was smooth. Overall great experience!

The home was beautiful and perfect for 5. Lots of history, restaurants, shopping and bars.

Loved the house and the ease of checking and check out. Plenty of room. Loved the number of beds and baths!!!!! It was clean with the exception of lots of hair accessories in one room under the bed and on the rug. Owner had great sound machines to drown out the interstate noise. Good location. Well appointed.

Our family stayed at this VRBO with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space and especially the number of bathrooms was helpful. The beds are comfortable and so is the living space. Great to have a bigger group like ours spend time together. Close to downtown Charleston and all the sights.An additional highlight: the communication with the host is quick and easy. Very accommodating and responsive!A few things that were surprising given the nightly price: - There is not a whole lot of cookware available given how many people the place can accommodate (just one small skillet for example and small pots).- Some of the doors were a bit harder to close (maybe due to the age of the building).- The light switches throughout the apartment were a bit confusing and it took a while to figure out which switch goes with what light.- The shower door in one of the bathrooms did not shut which was a bit messy.- The parking situation could be described a little better (maybe provide a map showing where the spot is).While the location itself is pretty close to all sights, the biggest downside of this property is the street noise as it is quite significant. If you are used to peace and quiet, you might not like it very much. It can be quite bothersome even inside (the windows do not block the noise well). There is a nice outside area, but it is tough to have conversations outside due to the traffic noise.Overall, our family had a nice experience though.

Everything we needed was provided. The only issue was the traffic noise, but nothing could be done about that.

Perfect location! Plus two parking spots. We had 7 in our party and plenty of room for all. Nice balcony for morning coffee. Highly recommend!
