Our home is located on a quiet side road that is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a Pilates studio, and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island which is about 25 minutes away. Our neighbors are wonderful and welcoming, and we of course ask that you treat them with the utmost respect. We are on a quiet road off of main Bay St.brbrWe are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee (1 dog max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.brbrWhile we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.brbrPlease remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!brbrWe have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.brbrPlease note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
