We hope you love this home as much as we do! We have been enjoying the Rhode Island beaches and salt ponds for over thirty five years and we are never bored! We built the home and are the original owners. This lovely home offers lots of light and space and is beautifully maintained. It is a mix of beach and contemporary with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It has three bedrooms, two baths, 2 living rooms/sitting areas, one with a with pull-out couch. You will comfortably sleeps eight. There is a nicely equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The screened in porch is located right off the kitchen and is a favorite feature of many of our guests. There are decks on both levels for sunbathing, ensuring you a spot in the sun all day long! We pride ourselves in providing an immaculate home for you to enjoy your vacation in. Washer and dryer are a bonus that everyone appreciates at the beach. Both the living rooms have been updated with new furniture for a clean, beach themed look. This property is located on a very private one acre sight. Plenty of room for lots of outdoor activities. The first floor has an apartment that has a separate yard and parking that used by us for long weekends, holidays and occasionally during the week. The set up is very private - there are two private yards and two separate driveways from different streets. We have rented the top two floors out for many years and have used the lower level with our guests returning to enjoy this home year after year. We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves, so we try to keep a low profile and respect your privacy. brPer local custom, guests provide their own linens and towels. If you are flying in from out of state, linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee of $75.00. No pets allowed, please. House is located at 273 North Niantic Drive. The Air Conditioned house is a Chalet Style and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Main living area is on the second floor. The gradual stairs will take you to a covered porch . There are two bedrooms with a queen and two twins. Television in Living area and Full kitchen combined Dining area. A full bath with shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as in Chalet houses. Using the back deck stairs, one can get to the first level which has only a casual sitting room and bathroom with a sink and toilet to use.. We are very close to Charlestown beaches ( 7 minute drive) and 5 State Parks in the area! Swimming, kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, sailing, biking, hiking!! All outdoor activities including Quoni Pond, Watchaug Pond and the Atlantic Ocean!! We have a whole house with 4 bedroom, two bathrooms and we can sleep 6 guests comfortably!. Full kitchen and fully furnished with towels, linens, washer and dryer. Wireless internet and Fios cable TV in the LR and master bedroom. One king bed, one queen bed, two single beds are available. Comfortable Living Room and separate dining room with seating for 6. A large deck just off the kitchen with patio furniture and a gas grill are also included. Out back we have just over an acre of land to prowl around and look at nature, tree's, etc. There is a cute gazebo on the property with screens or vinyl windows making it all weather for you to enjoy, read a book, or just relax away from the house if needed. We are close to five State parks with hiking trails, biking trails, swimming, and many other amenities. We are only a twenty minute drive to almost everywhere you would want to see. Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Westerly, and Newport. The Point Judith Ferry to Block Island and Nantucket is also very close by. There are tons of great restaurants to choose from . We are a little off the beaten path so it's quiet, but so close to everything you would want to do or see!! We hope to host you and your family!! So come pull into Port Charlestown and escape!!

This cottage is located in a private association on a dead-end peninsula of Ninigret pond.brThere is a private tennis court you can walk to and a private beach that can only be accessed by boat. The beach is on the barrier beach that faces block Island. It is the last undeveloped barrier beach on the east coast and it is just gorgeous with a handful of people for miles, even on the weekends. brBoats can be rented from the local marina. The town beach is about a 5 minute drive. The house is next to Ninigret Park which has walking trails, a wildlife refuge, basketball, tennis, soccer fields, observatory, playground and a fresh water pond. Although the town of Charlestown is a quaint and quiet town it has a thriving flea market on the weekends as well as other major events such as a seafood festival, Rhythm & Roots--check the Chamber of Commerce. There are several nice restaurants, shops, as well as art galleries. brCharlestown is about a 30 minute drive from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casino. It is also 30-45 minutes from The Mystic Seaport and aquarium. Golf, Historic Newport and Block Island ferry.
