Stayed Aug 12, 2023We loved this rental. The information and communication was excellent. My child managed to lock us out of the downstairs (she didn’t realize there was a locked knob and closed the door). Someone was over very quickly to help us get back in. Kristen was quick to help with any questions. The house was roomy and beautifully decorated. The private lot for the beach was really wonderful on crowded days and so we could stay later in the evening. Thanks for hosting us!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This is a fantastic house. They have maximized the space, and created such a spacious, comfortable, bright home. My husband and I stayed with our two children (under 10). They used the bedrooms upstairs and it felt like my husband and I had our own little private apartment downstairs. The beach included with the SACA pass is the best in New England as far as I am concerned. The house is clean and has literally everything you could need including a great deck and large grill. We will be back again- thanks so much for having us!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay. The home was cool during a very warm and humid week. We enjoyed the deck for dinners and spent time in the two living rooms (the kids slept upstairs). The beach pass was fantastic and there was room for parking even during the July 4th week. The blender wasn’t working and the owner brought over a new one within a day’s notice. We recommend staying here.
