We hope you love this home as much as we do! We have been enjoying the Rhode Island beaches and salt ponds for over thirty five years and we are never bored! We built the home and are the original owners. This lovely home offers lots of light and space and is beautifully maintained. It is a mix of beach and contemporary with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It has three bedrooms, two baths, 2 living rooms/sitting areas, one with a with pull-out couch. Stayed Sep 11, 2023The house is as advertised, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Good location relative to area attractions. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our request. Will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed Aug 4, 2018We are regular renters in the Charlestown area and this property is one of our favorites. Comfortably holds eight people. Wonderful large deck and screened porch. We had a very hot week and there is no AC but there are plenty of overhead and extra fans. No dishwasher which was fine for our crowd but might be nice when you have this place filled up. Owners on site on weekends in a lower apartment were helpful and unobtrusive. Beach pass that includes Blue Shutters and Charlestown is provided and necessary since drive to beach is a must. Plenty of places to have a nice walk or bike. Nice outdoor shower and plenty of parking. A real beach experience.

Stayed May 25, 2018We needed a location that could accommodate two families for a long weekend. This was absolutely wonderful; it was close enough to the beach to enjoy an evening walk and driving distance to many Rhode Island sites. The house had plenty of places for everyone to sleep as well as two living/family room locations for us to relax, visit and watch the game. The screened in porch was comfortable and the large deck allowed sunbathing and grilling. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to eat-in all weekend. This was a great rental and we would all definitely stay there again!!!
