Charlestown Beach, 2BR Cozy Cottage, Screened porch, 3 min drive to Beach!

We loved this charming cottage which was near all the activities we wanted to do in the Charlestown area! Thanks also to our friendly host who texted us to make sure we had everything we needed! The cottage was immaculate and quaint with everything you could wan. We loved having lunch on the deck, and having the outdoor shower as well as the indoor one and the lovely trees surrounding this little hideaway.

Great stay. Nice and clean place. Kitchen well stocked with cooking necessities. Hostess was very nice and made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Everything was great. We knew it would be a cozy location for 4 to share, but it was better than I expected. And having the great coffee shop at the end of the street was terrific.

Beautiful Place with many amenities right near the beach. The host was super friendly and got back to me right away. I had some trouble with the a /c in the bedrooms but otherwise a perfect stay. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and the back deck is great for hanging out. The perfect amount of space.

This cottage on 244 Charlestown Beach Rd had everything we needed for a fun four-day meet up near the beach for our family of 5 adults (mom, dad, and three adult children). We especially loved the comfortably furnished deck w/ grill, outdoor couch, table and chairs, the outdoor shower, small screened-in porch that fits a cot (available if anyone wants a fresh air sleep), and a kitchen that had everything we needed (including coffee filters).We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the entire cottage, and the excellent communication with the owner. The host provides a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper, and has a well-organized linen closet with extra sheets, pillows, and blankets, bath towels, dish towels, and a small washer and dryer. The host provides a code for the TV, and games in the cabinet. The house is air conditioned, and it's easy to adjust the temperature or turn it off. The rooms are small, but had everything we needed (plenty of beds for five or six people).We loved the proximity to the beach, the salt ponds for kayaking, ice cream shop, deli, vegetable stand and Mini Super grocery mart nearby. A beach pass is included, and the owner offered use of beach chairs and an umbrella. We were worried about the tight driveway space (better for two cars than three) but it wasn't too difficult to back into the driveway so we could exit facing out onto Charlestown Beach Road. It's just helpful to be aware of this ahead of time. Very enjoyable stay!

My two children and I stayed for a couple of nights at LeighAnn’s home in Charlestown. It was very clean and comfortable and just as listed. The outdoor shower was amazing after our beach days! Prime location for beaches! Thank you LeighAnn!

LeighAnn is a wonderful host and offers a quaint and cozy home for a beach or restful getaway. Private, yet accessible to beaches and local color. People in the area were very friendly and it was tough to leave. We rode our bikes to nearby Charlestown Town Beach and our favorite East Beach was a short drive away. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. You can eat inside or outside on the deck. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage and to watch people pass by. The cottage is just as pictured and better! It is very clean, tidy, filled with all the things you might need, comfortable and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the back deck in the evenings and mornings - it has comfortable seating, a sail cloth shade and lights. The beach was a short walk away! Thank you LeighAnn for a great stay and for all your helpful communication.

Easy beach access and perfect size for our small group. The outdoor shower was so fun-loved enjoying the night sky view. Everything was clean and host was readily available and kind.
