Stayed Jul 26, 2025The cottage is really well laid out to maximize the space on both floors and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was great to have empty shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms to unpack our things and be comfortable for the week. Lots of room for our party of six to be together and spread out. We had a great time!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The ever changing view of the pond is amazing! Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning with lots of birdsong, and enjoyed the view from the dining table and the kitchen as well. Rented kayaks for the week from Breachway Bait & Tackle, they dropped off and picked up. Went to Ninigret Park several times, visited local restaurants for seafood. The house and location was perfect for us. Kitchen is small, but had everything we needed. Lots of books downstairs, newer washer and dryer. We had a wonderful time at this cottage on the pond!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We loved the location! It is very peaceful, and we kayaked and watched birds every day. We rented kayaks from Breachway Bait and Tackle and they delivered them. Ninigret Park is close by--go see the trolls! The house is equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the artwork in the house. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 1, 2022I needed a place other than my home to work from home. Found this property which was perfect in every way. From the views to the fully stocked kitchen, I couldn't have been happier. Super dog friendly. Very close to the dog park and beaches.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Wonderful vacation! A little farther from the beach than I expected also beaches in the area fill up quick. View was fantastic! Salt pond perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful area to ride bikes or for walking. Also, enjoyed tennis and basket ball. Sarah was very attentive and accommodating.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021If you like birdwatching, crab catching, cooking, playing boardgames and card games, watching sunrise, or stargazing, then this is the house for you. Above all, Perseid Meteor Shower watching on the deck of house, and then at Frosty Drew Observatory in Ninigret park (just a few minutes from the house) was unexpected but truly amazing treats for us on this trip.
