This two bedroom, three full bath home is nestled in a quiet but convenient location offering two decks and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy. A brand new enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The first floor has a custom kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area open to the living room, an office with a pull-out couch and full bath. The second floor has the master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom, a second bedroom, full bathroom and laundry. Close to restaurants, ice cream shop and bakery, this house has it all! brbrAdditional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

This home is located approximately 1.5 miles away from the Charlestown Beach, kayak rentals and boat launches, local seafood, coffee spots, ice cream shops, and some of the best restaurants in southern Rhode Island. We are within walking distance of Green Hill Pond and just a short drive to Narragansett, Newport, and Watch Hill beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
