The home was big and clean with plenty of room for sleeping many (we only had 4 but easily more). Nice porch to sit and watch the water with coffee in the morning. A short walk to the easy access kayaks in the pond or you can bike or drive 5 mins down to the big beach which was truly the nicest beach I have ever seen. Property was well outfitted with chairs, bikes, lawn games et… and owners were friendly and responsive

Went away for a ladies weekend with 3 friends and really enjoyed the house and location. Wish we could have stayed longer! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There is plenty to do in the immediate area and Blue Shutters beach is beautiful. Thanks for sharing this awesome home!

This is a very nice location with lots of fun activities. We rode bikes and played corn hole and kan jam. If it was warmer we would have kayaked as well

Home was spacious with plenty of room for five adults. We would have liked a later checkout time given that we had to strip the beds, do the dishes, sweep the floors, and take out trash and recycle.

We wanted a quiet place where we could relax and go to the beach. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood quiet. Beaches were a short distance away.

We LOVED your home! Everything was as portrayed and the location was perfect. We chose it to follow the Atlantis Rising event that we hit last year for the first time. As it turned out it was cancelled. We had a beautiful weekend and are hoping to book with you again for next year if you will graciously have us!

Comfy, clean and conveniently located beach home! This was the perfect spot for a few long-time friends to relax and have fun. We were lucky to to have amazing September weather to enjoy the beach. It is a great area to explore nature, shops, and restaurants. The owner provided lots of good information on the house and the area which was helpful.

Our vacation time together was made all the more special staying in such a well organized, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The amenities were abundant and generous. We have been vacationing in this area with private beach for close to 20 years… we love the area and the house was comfortable and well equipped. We hope to continue our annual summer family tradition, spending time with family, nothing better than that.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was nice to see the water from the house. The kayaks were a treat, and the private beach pass was amazing. The central air-conditioning and covered porch were highlights, as well. We can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 121 Hoxie Ave. My husband and I stayed in many VRBO rentals and this home by far is the cleanest and well kept home we have ever stayed in! The proximity to the ocean was minutes by car or bike! It was a peaceful and pleasant experience!

A lovely spot with everything we needed!

House and location were perfect for our stay. Loved the kayaks & bikes. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was the queen beds could use new mattresses…and that wasn’t really an issue for a short stay.
