This quaint beach house is located right on Quonnie's breach-way in Quonochontaug.
It offers two bedrooms; one with a queen and the other has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an open floor to the living area which has glass French doors leading onto a deck. The deck offers a picnic table and a grill. Stayed Aug 21, 2022Great location in Quonnie right on the Breachway. Good A/C and comfortable beds. Very clean and fully nice kitchen with plenty of pots & pans, etc. for cooking.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We absolutely loved our stay! This small cottage sits right on the Quonnie Breachway with ocean views from the deck. The location is great for birding, fishing, beaching (tho no real swimming at the nearby beach) and exploring this part of Rhode Island. The house is very clean, has been updated recently, and has a kitchen well stocked with dinner and cookware. It would be great if more windows opened for a cross breeze, but there are ACs that cool the space.

Stayed May 29, 2022Classic Quonny cottage in the best location. Hang on the deck, swim off the dock, walk to the beach....it's perfect.

Stayed Jul 31, 2021Great week even despite a bit of rain and overcast weather! If you are into the water, this is the place for you. It is a 360 visual experience between the tide, the boats, the birds, sunrise/sunset, and the coming and going of the fisherman by the house and across the breach way. We kayaked and canoed into the pond almost daily depending on the tide. Steven super responsive on any questions. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Had another amazing stay at this property. Sunsets were breathtaking, fishing was superb right off the dock and very close to the beach.
