Pine Hill Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and has lots of nice rooms. The hostess was incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, quiet, spacious, the beds were so comfortable. The owners, John and Sarah were delightful. The home is so conveniently located to everything! We loved our stay and can’t wait to book another trip! The front porch was so peaceful to sit and enjoy the quiet. The chickens were a favorite! They came when we called them!

Nice spacious home, very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities. Host offers home cooked meals for additional fee. Our second stay here, and won’t be our last!

The house was perfect for our family. It was convenient to activities and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked nicely with needed items. The coffee bar was an awesome touch! Our hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for having us!

Well kept property

I only put 3 stars for communication because i did not need to contact them and I dont know how it would be. I assume the host woukd have been timely.The house is an older house and served the purpose of a place to eat and a place to sleep for us. I had young children and would have enjoyed a few picture books or a small basket of toys but overall we enjoyed the house. The kids loved going up to the fence and saying hi to the pony!

Dinner prepared by host was wonderful (additional cost). House was warm and cozy really spacious.

It was the cleanest vrbo we had ever stayed in. It was nice that the host introduced herself and had meals to sell if we didn't want to cook oe go out.

This was a great place for our family to stay for a weekend in Lancaster County. We had tickets to see the show at the Sight & Sound Theater, and this was a fantastic location -- less than 10 minutes away. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but we were very comfortable when we were there. We hadn't realized that there wasn't a TV, but honestly, it was GREAT to have a break from that!! The host reached out via phone on our drive there to let us know about their offer to make Amish dinners for us the next night, and we wished we'd known about that beforehand because we definitely would have taken her up on that had we not already had plans to meet up with other family members at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. We wish we could have taken advantage of the offer for an Amish breakfast and pony rides, too. The driveway is a little tricky to get out of, but the road isn't busy, so it wasn't too bad. We enjoyed hearing the horses & buggies going by through our stay. Another unexpected bonus was that there was an EV charging station a 5-minute walk away, so my husband parked our Ford Lightning there overnight the two nights we were there (it was a slow charging station at Paradise Energy Solutions, very affordable). We'd definitely stay at this home again if we were to return to the area.

This was our third stay in this beautiful home. The house is well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful. As this is Amish owned there is no TV but we came to enjoy our time with friends so no TV is no concern. We will stay here again!

Property was in a great location, and hosts were responsive and very nice. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities for our stay. The front bedrooms do have road noise which made it a little hard for me to sleep but the back bedrooms didn't hear the noise. Overall a great stay.

This property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The queen beds seemed to be closer in size to double beds, though. And others should know that there is no tv in the house. We enjoyed our stay there.

Home was lovely! Comfortable and clean. Easy to reach our planned activities. Only negative is a limited stocked kitchen if one was planning to cook meals. We only had breakfast there so it was not an issue for us.We met Sarah and her daughter who were very nice.

We really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better.The only thing to be aware of is that Route 30 is nearby, and the traffic noise can be noticeable, especially at night. It didn’t take away from our visit, but light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs just in case.Overall, a lovely stay—we’d be happy to return!

Centrally located to many attractions, shopping and restaurants! The home was very clean and neat. All the essentials provided with the option of home cooked meals. Could use hand towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Coffee maker for brewing and k-cups is a nice addition! Loved our stay, and great place for families!!

House was very clean, property owners were very attentive, my son loved interacting with the pony, beds were comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

John and Sarah were wonderful hosts. We appreciated them popping in to make sure we were warm and cozy. We had everything we needed. We did not miss that we had no tv to watch! We all had comfy beds. We were so close to the action in the town of Paradise. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. We went to the site and sound theatre and this was the perfect place to stay.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. It is so clean. Its really convenient to the Sight and Sound theater...like just 10 minutes away. They've thought of everything you need. We love sitting on the front porch and watching traffic go by. The bedrooms are so nice and big. Even closets with hangers. And the bed i had was kind of tall so they had a stool to use. Hooks over every door in the bedrooms. Very comfortable couch and recliners. Huge dining table. I just cant say enough good stuff about this place. I want to stay there every time we go to PA.

My family was in loved with this property, kids really enjoy the animals, it was really close to all our planned activities. We definitely want to come back.

Great location. Close to attractions but not very busy. Scenery is so peaceful.
