We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Our stylish tiny home (stand-alone) has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.brbrTop down and room darkening shades make the lighting in the bedroom adjustable to your preference. brbrFurry friends will enjoy their own bedding and blanket (couch cover) too.brbrThe bathroom has an ADA size toilet and a small standing shower(no tub). It is separated from the sink and vanity space. brbrOur kitchenette has a mini fridge with space for all of the essentials. The microwave is perfect for late night snacks, and the single burner induction pan allows for cooking a simple meal. We have a coffee maker (single cup or full carafe), an electric kettle, a toaster and a mini waffle maker for the ambitious guests. Kitchen space is limited so we highly encourage taste testing local restaurants!brbrThe yard is a work in progress but is fully enclosed/ fenced, though we recommend monitoring kiddos and pets while back there.brbrThis home welcomes dogs of any size, but no other animals at this time. brbrPet fee of $30 for up to 2 dogs, additional dogs will be a charge of $20 each (our cleaners take additional time to ensure guests after your furry friends enjoy the same level of cleanliness). Fee will be requested after booking. For those going to the beach- our available beach essentials include: 4 adult size folding chairs, 1 toddler size folding chair, a beach blanket, wind inflatable loungers, 4 designated beach towels and a wagon to help with the short walk there! (No snorkeling gear, as this isn’t a common hobby in Oregon). Same day booking requests made after 11am may have a later check in time than 3pm. Our Cottage is three blocks to the easiest spot to crab- the 12th Avenue bridge. Just drop your pots, go back to the house to relax and walk back a few hours later for your dinner! (License is required for both crabbing and clamming.) There is also a Weber outdoor grill and personal outdoor fire pit in the private fully fenced front yard. Firewood supplied! There is even a playhouse for the kids! There are beach chairs, a beach blanket for the sand to keep you comfortable on the beach, and plastic sand toys for kids stored in the shed.brbrEveryone loves the beach in the sunshine, but on those rainy days, there is no lack of attractions. In addition to amenities/activities at the Cottage, the City of Seaside offers the Aquarium, galleries, arcade games, an outlet mall, a movie theater, a recreation center with two heated indoor pools and a beautiful library with puppet theater for your kids. The Convention Center has various activities throughout the year. Nearby Astoria and Cannon Beach have lots to offer as well.

This location is the best Seaside has to offer with a stunning unobstructed oceanfront view. Just steps to the promenade it's an easy stroll to restaurants, shops and activities but just far enough away from the crowds and the noise. Beach access is easy with a 30 second walk to stairs leading to the sand. brbrThe home was built in 2007 after tearing down a badly deteriorated home and replacing it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. Plenty of room for your group to spread out in 3,000 square feet on three levels but with two common ares large enough for everyone to be together. The home has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, gas barbecue, a fleet of cruiser bicycles, wireless internet, 2 color TV's, VHS, DVD, and stereo. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. Our occupancy permit limits guests to a maximum of twelve. brbrBedroom details; On the basement level you will find a bedroom with a full size bunk bed (full on top and full on the bottom) capable of accommodating four children or two adults.
