Dog-Friendly Home with Sea Views on Little Beach and Half-Mile to the Ocean

Easy access and great location

The home was perfect for our family! Very kid and pet friendly with a great yard, location, and view. Recommend!

Everything was great. Games to entertain and lots of kitchen stuff to help with meals.

The house needs quite a bit of house repairs required. When we arrived there was a note on one of the dishwasher that read “seems like it needs repairs”. We did test the dishwasher and found out it is not working. Also the large windows facing the yard near the staircase we noticed rain leaks into the house and the house smells like mildew. The curtains also seem to be damaged from the rain. Also the linen needs updating. One of the guests noticed their comforter had holes in the blanket. Cleaning was not up to standard. Upon arrival a guest noticed small animal foot prints and hair on top of the blanket. There was noted visible hair in the shower drain, and a hair ball came up from the drain with filling the tub. A guest took down lot of visible and obvious cob webs, and carpets did not get a proper vacuum. Lots of food bites and pine needles seem on carpet at arrival. We were very disappointed with this house cleanliness considering the reviews and our previous stays. We loved the large space, and lots of rooms, large dining area, and yard. The house is located by a bay which was super fun for fishing and clamming. We loved how close it was to Seaside to visit other friends near by.

Cob webs we cleaned , one dishwasher did not work, caretaker never answered his phone for issues we had but still we had a great time and if we need someting this big would rent again

We had our family reunion at this house and it was perfect for us. Lots of outdoor space, beautiful views, plenty of amenities in the house and the bed layout was much better than I was expecting. Very happy with our decision to stay here!

We love The Lodge for our family vacation. We were happy to return, we stayed there in 2018 & 2019. It's a great place to hang out together, and a close drive to many fun options on the coast.

The property was great for all our family. Great location. Impressed with all the cooking amenities. Great view and big yard. Would have liked the yard mowed! Makes it easier for kids to play in or sit in. We had an amazing time!

15 of us enjoyed gathering at the home. Wonderful big room with room for most. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen for the most part. A little short on forks and spoons, but we made it work. Hooks needed for towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed ourselves around the big table. Plenty of room in the kitchen. This is our second reunion at this home. A great location for a reunion!

This place is perfect for our annual family reunion. we have so much fun and have everything we need! The only thing i recommend to make it better is to replace the hose out back so it's easier to rinse off our sand. it's currently spraying everywhere and very tricky to get on and off. such an easy fix. thank you to the team for all the work to keep this place up ❤️
