Enjoy your stay at our modern farm bungalow with views of farm fields rolling down to the Willamette River. There is one bedroom in the house with a queen-sized bed and the sofa in the main room serves as a hide-a-bed. For entertainment, there is TV, the internet and a few games (or say hello to the llamas). The kitchen and bathroom have quartz countertops and the house has hardwood floors throughout. We are located two miles from historic downtown Albany, which has a good selection of antique shops and eateries. Corvallis, home of Oregon State University, is a short 11-mile drive. From the house, there is excellent bird watching and it’s an easy walk down to the river. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in the Willamette Valley, we have your spot!

Every thing was perfect. I shook the living room rug out and swept, But forgot to put rug back down. It’s under the table by the corner lamp.

This is such a unique spot and experience. Our stay was awsome and did not disappoint!! We loved the quiet location, it was perfect for us! The bungalow has everything needed to make a gourmet meal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the essentials. The owners were kind and responsive to our communication. We will definately stay here again when we are in the area.

Great little place for our quick weekend stay visiting our daughter at OSU. We arrived later in the evening so it was very dark out and it was hard to find once on the property (google maps takes you too far down the dirt road) so a light or sign for where you turn left once you are on the property would be helpful. It is beautiful inside and super clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattress - I think it might be like a futon mattress, it’s very firm/hard. Other than that it was great for what we needed.

Such a pleasant place to stay. Our host showed interest when needed. Opened up her barn so the kids could feed the llamas. No internet access due to outlying distance from service but not an issue as more time with the kids. Making plans for the next visit.

Excellent! The hosts were so thoughtful and responsive. I was so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel.

A very nice and quiet location in a cute tiny home. Good value. It was well appointed with dishes etc. There was a bit of a hiccup with check-in. I was told 3PM, but it was still being cleaned. It wasn’t a long wait. I really loved the peacefulness and convenience of the location. Bring an eye mask if you need a dark room for sleep because there are no window coverings in the living room and a light colored shade in the bedroom so it’s not dark. Verizon connection was quite weak, but we got by. A pleasant stay.

Perfect! I wish I was back there right now. It was so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views of the farm. Coming from the dry brown desert of Arizona to the green of Oregon was so refreshing. I walked the roads and the people I passed were so kind. I loved greeting the llamas each morning. The tiny house was so cute. I made coffee and enjoyed it on the porch each morning, wrapped up in a blanket to watch tv before bed each night. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend! And close proximity to many fun little Oregon outings too!

We stayed while visiting our child at Oregon State. It s relatively close, and it gave us a break from being in Corvallis. Cute retreat, would have good for a short getaway to the area or just to sit around and read.

This location is so peaceful and a great place to get away in the country. The house is perfect with a nice kitchen, family room, bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for the couple who wants a private get away that is 5 minutes from town.

I enjoyed my farm visit very much. The bungalow was very clean and well appointed. I really enjoyed all the country sounds, scents and sights - crickets singing every evening, acres of fresh mown hay next door, lots of birds singing and flying by. And having an organic vegetable farm as your front yard is a lovely thing, to my mind. My car got dusty, but I have no complaints about that! If you like farm life, it's a lovely spot for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

Brilliant little farm house in the middle of a working farm. Very quiet and secluded from the main traffic of the area but just a short drive to all the amenities that you need. An overall great stay at a great value. If you are looking for a break from the busy activity of the city, this is a well appointed stay.

Husband and I got away for an anniversary staycation. Amenities were great, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Felt like we really got away and out of town, while still only 2 miles from downtown Albany! Will definitely stay here again. The llamas were my favorite part!

A working farm 30 feet from our front door.=) There were no issues with that, but as there are no curtains on the windows, you have to be careful about jaunts to/from bathroom during the 7-9a.m. workers’ hours. We loved our evening walk around the property. There are even a couple of llamas for neighbors =) It’s a lovely property. And the wild birds’ songs were beautiful! The small house is well-equipped also.
