**Barn house can be rented independently of cabin for cheaper price.**brbrTake it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway which is centrally located in the Great Smoky Mountains in Western North Carolina while enjoying Winter mountain views and the wildlife and greenery of the woods during the Summer.brbrWe have two units on the property - a barn style house with 3BR/2BA and a small mountain side cabin with 1BR/1BA. There is also a separate covered deck steps down the mountain.brOther things to notebrWe have two units on the property and they don't have to both be rented - if you only needed the barn house rented then you wouldn't be responsible for the cabin cleaning of $65.brbrDriveway is steep - but we have had no problem with our 2WD vehicles. However, during ice or snow it may be difficult.
