We are located in the heart of Nags Head, one of the best locations on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Jim and I welcome guests who will enjoy a cottage that is in pristine condition. The cottage is in walking distance to the Bladen Street Beach Access (less then a (10 )ten minute walk or a two minute bike ride), we are between the highways which means you never have to cross the busy bypass to get to the beach! Take a stroll to the Nags Head Pier, Tortugas' Lie, and Lucky 12 Tavern or a bike ride to multiple art galleries, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and even Jockey's Ridge State Park (the largest dunes on the east coast which promise incredible sunsets). Kids and adults will enjoy a game of Putt Putt at Galaxy Golf. We pride ourselves in making sure the cottage is clean and well decorated. Adjoining the outdoor dining deck is a lounging deck which is a great place to lay out or read a book. Each bedroom has a Smart streaming TV. The living area has a gas fireplace for use from November to March only—a 4K UHD Smart flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. The cottage has beautiful views of the sunrise from the newly furnished front deck. The back deck, Private Swimming Pool, hot tub, and pond look out over the National Seashore Park with views of the beautiful sunsets from the back deck.brEnjoy cooling off in the private saltwater pool (available May through September). Prior year's upgrades were new - granite countertops, living room furniture with six (6) reclining sofa chairs, pub-style table & chairs seating for 8, both bathrooms were renovated, one (1) with a high-end shower! New front deck and stairs, gas fireplace (October through March), along with new windows and sliding doors. Note: We are doing our best to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our guests. We have adopted a stringent housekeeping cleaning and sanitation program along with supplying clean and we spanitized 5 sets of bed linens, 8 sets of bath towels, 8 beach towels, 2 bath mats, and 2 kitchen towels. We do ask our guests to do their part and follow the CDC, State, and Local guidelines in the prevention of spreading the virus, so we also have some cleaning supplies available for our guests.
