A private hot tub too!This truly unique space has been my rehab passion for the past four years of my life and I look forward to sharing it with others. Built at the turn of the 20th century, the house has weathered many storms and with a lot of TLC she is ready to weather more. This unique space has all a traveling surfer or couple would need to enjoy all Avon has to offer. Centrally located, the beach is a 5 minute walk away as are numerous restaurants and epic sunset spots such as Avon Harbor. The suite is a completely private space, as is the outdoor shower and hot tub. Guests are free to enjoy the suite in its entirety including the private outdoor living space. Upstairs is my personal residence where I live solo since I finished the rehab circa 2019. Always quiet and tranquil, there is no other neighborhood quite like Scarborough Town own Hatteras island.
