We love most that it has been held by the same family for seven generations. brbrGreat fishing, charming shops, decent vineyards, amazing fresh local produce, an LIRR train station and a vibrant town are all nearby. Perhaps best of all, it is five minutes to ocean beaches which are as beautiful as anything on the East coast. brbrThere is a dock for your shallow draft boat and a small private beach for your wind surfer or kayak on this three acre property. There are crab nets, fishing poles, old bicycles, good books, cribbage boards, and lovely neighbors. Yes, good dogs are welcome. The tennis court, which was built in 1876, beckons, “Come out and play.” Beautiful custom made stationary wooden benches under an oak tree overlook the open property.
