Stayed May 7, 2026I am still waiting for my 2,000 refund.The bottom of the outdoor grill-we did not use it-was rusted out and one or two wheels were crumbling on the outside deck. Salt air is rough on outside equipment.Needs to fixed, replaced, or put on blocks.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025Our stay was wonderful. My purpose was to see family as I have moved away from Long Island and all my family still lives there. My sister and her husband stayed with me. Since this was about family , it was great, in spite of the cold, rain, and wind for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The accommodations are absolutely fantastic. I would suggest asking about fire codes’ restrictions on overnight guests, and visitors to be sure it meets your needs in that way.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Location is incredible, we loved the expansive ocean views and outdoor deck. It was very quiet with a path to the beach right behind the property. We had some issues with cleanliness on arrival. The host was quick to respond and address. Based on his attentiveness I imagine this should not be an issue for others.

Stayed May 9, 2024Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher.
