The Town of Montauk is located 2 miles from our house, the closest beach (private) is 0.5 miles from our house, and Gurney's Resort & Seawater Spa is 1.2 miles from our house. brbrOn the first level there is a large sitting area with a couch and chairs surrounded by three large sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two large windows, a queen bed and overlooks the side yard. One bedroom has twin beds and four large windows that overlook the front porch and a beautiful flower garden. The other bedroom has five large windows and twin beds that overlooks the front and side yards. All bedrooms have full sized closets.
