Stayed Sep 19, 2025The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. Other than that the property is very nice providing seating outside to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The pool was also a nice feature. We did not use the restaurant. There are tennis and volleyball courts and if you enjoy those activities. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again.

Stayed May 29, 2025We could not get the Smart TV to work nor could we connect to the Internet using the instructions provided. As we were in town for a wedding we didn’t spend much time in our room, but would have appreciated some type of in room instructions for connecting. The property owner replied to our message but the instructions to reboot the system didn’t return a positive result. Not a show stopper but……

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Thought I booked a room with the hotel as described on Orbitz. Had no idea that I was renting from a private owner. No fresh towels, no housekeeping, unable to use hotel shuttle, wound up using UBER 4 times per day to meet with friends and go out to the beach and dinner.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The Montauk Manor is a beautiful historic building. The property and facilities on site are fabulous.The host was very accommodating. Communicated well. I felt like the room itself could use a bit of an upgrade as far as linens go. It was great to have the kitchen for making coffee, etc. Other than that, the room itself was wonderful.I ended up taking some takeout for dinner from the restaurant at the Property and it was delicious.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our stay was excellent however the bed in our room was as firm as bricks, needed to use the mattress from the pull out couch to put on top of the bed, tried to sleep on the pull out first but you can feel the springs.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Montauk ! It brought back a lot of memories for us. Robert’s apartment was just what we needed for our stay. It has all the comforts of home ! Stayed Aug 11, 2024Met our needs. We were visiting family so we didn'tneed a swimming pool. It looked wonderful. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but heard it was very good. The bartendenders are wonderful/ convenient to everything Hamptons.
