Gorgeous Luxe Sunny Park Facing Williamsburg Condo

Brooklyn, New York, United States

Summary:brbrPlease check out my reviews! :) brbrbrbrThis beautifully sunny condo is the heart of trendy Williamsburg. Facing a park, it is brand new and luxuriously decorated for a posh stay in a home-away-from-home. Only (1) block from Lorimer Ave (L) and (G) trains which cross every line in Manhattan for quick, easy access to all of New York City! East Village in five minutes, Union Square in 10! Surrounded by music venues, art galleries, bars and restaurants!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrIndulge during your trip to New York in this brand new, modernly furnished, and richly decorated 1-bedroom apartment centrally located in the exploding cultural hub of Williamsburg. This quiet, private haven is located in a brand-new condominium building with all the modern amenities and is perfect for those who want a little luxury and relaxation. Home to a creative professional, this floor-to-ceiling windowed gem is tastefully and artfully decorated and furnished for a real modern Bohemian feel that showcases the best of what Williamsburg has to offer.brbrbrbrStandard set up sleeps two guests in the ultra-plush and expansive queen-sized bed in the bedroom. There is also room for one additional guests on a deep sofa in the living room.brbrbrbrLinens, blankets, pillows, towels, and toiletries are all available as is a washer/dryer. The living room has a smartTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu all available. There is central air, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dishwasher to top of your no-worries stay in this not-to-be-missed space to enjoy your trip to New York.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrYou have the entire run of the apartment which includes the bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower over an ample tub, the living room with flat screen tv and wifi streaming, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher.brbrbrbrThe building has an elevator for your convenience.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrWilliamsburg has exploded in recent years to become the defining cultural force of New York City. From its industrial past, the neighborhood underwent a hipster-centric renaissance that is still evidenced in the plethora of indie music performances, gallery shows, local artisan storefronts and pop-ups. The area is also home to a number distilleries and wineries that show off the neighborhood’s flair for locally made spirits, while Smorgasburg packs in creative food vendors along the riverfront on summer Saturdays. Williamsburg is one of the City’s most exciting nightlife neighborhoods too, with many of NYC’s trendiest restaurants and clubs.brbrbrbrBecause of its storied past, the neighborhood is home to diverse mix of longtime Brooklyn pioneers and creative newcomers, a true reflection of the multicultural mixing pot that is New York City. Central Williamsburg is still mostly walk-up apartments and row homes while luxury high-rises and condos have shoot up all over the waterfront in recent years. Regardless of where you go, the neighborhood is a good time from sunup to sundown, home to trendy boutique shopping, culinary exploration, outdoor day parties, and a thriving music scene. brbrbrbrDespite all this, those that live here prefer not to overthink it. The neighborhood relishes in the spotlight as a pop-culture trendsetter, but never takes itself too seriously. Instead, you’ll find a refreshingly care-free community where the motto is “do your own thing” - and always have a good time along the way.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrWe are super conveniently located just 1 block from the L and G trains at Lorimer and Metropolitan. The L train cuts directly across reaching every major subway line in New York City. East Village is a mere 5 minutes away, Union Square only 10. A 7 minute walk will also take you to the M-J-Z trains. M for Midtown and J-Z for Financial District.brbrbrbrAlternatively, there is a Citibike rental on the park directly across the street. There is also a Ferry available about a 15 minute walk towards the waterfront. brbrbrbrWe also highly recommend the Uber/Lyft/ Juno ride share services, an inexpensive way to call a car anytime, anywhere in NYC. brbrbrbrGoogle Maps has all the subways, buses, and public transit and is the best way to get directions. In addition, NYC has its own transit app called myMTA that is invaluable in figuring out how to get around in real-time.brbrbrbrThere's a giant lot across the street with free parking and is generally available (but follows alternate side of the street parking rules).brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrPlease, please don't smoke inside the apartment. We are very allergic. Please remove your shoes inside of our apartment. The streets of New York are very dirty and we’d rather leave it outside. Also be gentle with the window latches, they allow the windows to open in different ways but can be a little tricky.brbrbrbrThis listing is for minimum 30 nights*. That is NYC Department of Buildings compliant for rentals!
