Modern artsy loft in the heart of Williamsburg!

Brooklyn, New York, United States

Consider this atsy loft your home away from home while you visit the best spot in Brooklyn. This perfect space features two cozy bedrooms, including one with a king bed and another with a queen bed, offering plenty of room to relax. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, all with a soothing bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re curling up inside or heading out, this gorgeous spot makes every moment easy and enjoyable. You’re sure to create fantastic memories with a stay at our place.brbrThe spacebrModern and cozy apartment full of appliances.brJust so you know, the decoration is slightly different from the photos, but nothing major. There are 3 screens with digital arts, you can turn them on or off if you want. The sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom now has a tall mattress, so it does feel like a normal bed.brbrIn the living room, you'll have an Apple TV with Netflix; in the bedrooms, you'll have a Roku with Netflix.brbrThere is central heating in the living room and kitchen area, and a heater in the bedrooms.brbrAll bathrooms have a bathtub for you to soak in and relax. There is also a hairdryer, flat iron, and steamer available.brbrThe kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and several other cooking tools.brThere is also a washer and dryer in the unit that you can use.brbrI'll make space for you, but please note that the closets in the main room (with a king-size bed) and the closet under the stairs with personal belongings will be locked.brbr*** Please note we have a dog. Although she won't be in the apartment during your stay, it is essential to let people know if they have severe allergies.brbrGuest accessbrYou'll have access to the whole apartment. That includes the 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, office, balcony, living room, and kitchen with all appliances.brbrOther things to notebrA cleaning lady will come every week, most likely on Mondays. She is reliable and has worked with me for years. She will also take care of the plants. One week, she will do a deeper cleaning; the other, it will be a short visit for a superficial clean and plant care. Usual time is 11 am - 4:30 pm for the longer cleaning.brbrI have a dog; although she won't be in the apartment, there might be traces of dog hair, so if you have a severe allergy, this might not be the best place for you.brbrParties are not allowed. Any guests must be approved and send a photo ID to receive authorization to enter the building. This must be arranged at least 24h before the guest's arrival. No more than two guests per visit.brbrSmoking is not allowed in the building, including inside the apartment and on the balcony. The building issues fines for smoking in the building, and the smoke will travel in the air system and reach other apartments, so you must comply.brbrUnfortunately, the building doesn't allow guests to use the amenities unless the owner accompanies them, and since I won't be around, I can't offer you access.brbrThis is my home, and many of my belongings are in the apartment, so please act respectfully and accordingly, just as if you would like others to treat your own home :) brbrIf you have any issues, you must contact me first. The building has many rules and won't let you troubleshoot anything on your own. The building must approve any service, and even simple things need a certificate of insurance. Any person accessing the apartment needs prior permission to enter.brbrIf you have any questions, contact me first, but I have some friends in the city who can help you if you can't reach me promptly. I'll send the contact closer to the check-in.

Inviting, Modern 1 Bedroom in Dumbo

Brooklyn, New York, United States

Enjoy this elegantly furnished one bedroom with a modern bath, kitchen and bright living space. A state-of-the-art projector serves as your “TV” for playing movies and shows from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or the DVD player in your laptop (PC and MAC connections available). It will feel just like a home theater! You can also play music wirelessly over Bluetooth from the sound bar.brbrRelax on the balcony that you can access from the bedroom or living room. Or just take in an amazing view of the Empire State building without even leaving your comfy queen-sized bed! The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! There is an empty wardrobe closet in the bedroom waiting for you to fill. There is ample shelf space in the bathroom for your toiletries. And plenty of room for groceries in both the fridge and a small closet in the dining area.brbrPlease check your renter's insurance to see if it covers your personal items while staying away from home. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover your items.brbrBecause of the new rules in NYC making all rentals be a 1 month minimum, we now require two cleanings, one in the middle of your stay, and one at the end. We increased the cleaning fee so now it covers the cost of two cleanings. We will help schedule a mid stay cleaning that is convenient for you. If you rent longer then 4 weeks we ask that you get the apartment cleaned every two weeks and pay the cleaning person $100 per cleaning (beyond the 2 cleanings covered in your rent).brbrPlease treat my home and my belongings as your own. I have put effort into creating a wonderful space. I rent to those who can respect this space and can show concern and politeness for my neighbors.brbrNo dogs or cats allowed.
