There is no access to the garage that is on the property. This beautiful home is located on 2+ private acres with a fire pit to the side of the home and a large deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Francis. brbrWe do not allow family pets at this time. We do make exceptions for crated hunting dogs during bird season. Unauthorized dogs will forfeit entire security deposit.brbrWe do have a cameras looking at the front steps and one on the garage door. We also have a camera on the back of the house facing a snow stick in the winter to monitor snow depth as well as the generator. There is a ring camera on the main door to monitor the steps. These cameras are on and only to used to protect the house when guest are not present. No audio recording. Beautiful large front porch with 2 person swing and 6 person picnic table. We also have 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 1 child kayak , outside fire pit and a gas grill you are free to use. If the propane is empty, you must replace. Must purchase your own firewood. NO PETS. NO SMOKING/VAPING. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Third bedroom has 2 sets of full/twin bunk beds. Mudroom has a full sized futon. Blow up queen bed with built in pump in the downstairs bedroom closet available for use. With a large wrap around couch and plenty of seating, the table provides hours of entertainment for all ages. Preloaded with tons of board games, there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy. brbrOutside there is a large deck and seating area with fire table, fire pit with plenty of seating, corn hole boards, bug repellent spray and candles, fire starters, and sleds for the winter to use down the small hill in the yard. brbrWe took advantage of the thoughtful amenities such the ATV cleaning station, boot drying station, fire pit and Infinity game table. The beds were very comfortable and the heat pump worked perfectly. We were really impressed with how clean and well thought out this home was for renters.
