Perry Stream - Happy Corner Covered Bridge - Direct Snowmobile/ATV Access

This place was amazing! House was very clean and comfortable. The view from the back deck was fantastic. Very quiet relaxing, loved it!!

The property is beautiful for sure! Four of us went up for most of a week with two side by sides excellent trails great places to eat. Good fishing spots everywhere friendly people. This will be the first of many trips.

Beautiful house centrally located made it a great spot for our annual upland bird hunting trip. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

One of the best places that I’ve stayed at in Pittsburg and I’ve been going up at least once a year for the past eight years. The house was perfect for a weeklong getaway with friends for fly-fishing and side-by-sides. Jeff was fun to meet, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended. Great location. My family stayed here for a wedding and they truly enjoyed their stay. The rental was super clean and the owner was tremendous. They not only will stay here again, but they will also recommend it. A big plus is that this has a couple of air conditioners.

Great location to the trails, Jeff was very helpful and the home was very clean and had everything we needed. Will recommend to others and will return next Summer!

Property was roomy and comfortable. Everything worked as expected, including Wi-Fi and TV. The screened porch was great and we made good use of it. Early August was quite warm in Pittsburg and we appreciated standing fans in each bedroom and overhead fans in the living/dining areas, as well as a couple of window air conditioners. Direct access to Perry Stream and the trails Jeff maintains on his property was an added bonus enjoyed by our grandson, our dog, and all the adults. A great place to stay.

We had a great time here. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything about the house was great. One of the best parts was the screened in back porch. We spent most of our time out there looking over the creek. The house is right on the trail system and very convenient to the gas station. Communication with our host was great, check in was super easy, and we met our host and very freindly dogs at the end of our stay. He is a super nice guy. We would all stay there again and highly recommend staying there. Many thanks to our host, Jeff.

Our stay at Perry Stream was phenomenal! NEW sink, refrigerator, gas stove, and dish washer were great additions! The back porch and back yard are so spectacular! The best rental! Thank you Jeff!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was right on the ATV route and super close to Young’s store. Parking was adequate. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay. When you walked in, it smelled super clean! It was close to Young’s gas station. It was close to the restaurants that are available there. It was right on the trail! The screened in porch was great! We saw a deer right out the back of the house! This was a convenient place for all of us! Making the 1000 piece puzzle was a highlight! Thanks for the great stay!

MAGICAL and CLEAN PLACE. We will be looking forward to coming back. Stayed here so we could ride our Atv's for a long weekend. The house is located on the trails , which was perfect. The owner of the property was there so we could ask questions. He was super polite and helpful. The Atv trail system in that area was not over crowded like Jericho. We found the best place to eat was the 1840 restaurant.. The property was well kept and the stream that is located on the property was gorgeous and a must see. The pictures do it no justice.

Great house with plenty of room and an amazing view of the river. Centrally located for fishing. Excellent set up outside for the grill. We had a great time fishing all day and sitting around the fire pit at night. 10 out of 10.

It was an amazing stay and just what we needed. We saw the most deer I have ever seen in my life. Just an all around great place to stay. Tha ks for having us.

Clean, convenient to town with easy access to snowmobile trails and ample parking. The upgraded kitchen featuring a new oven, dishwasher, and sink was a nice touch. The entire house felt extremely comfortable, homey and cozy throughout. We enjoyed watching deer in the backyard near the stream. The host was attentive, ensuring outdoor areas were well-maintained despite weather conditions. This was our family's third time staying here for our annual snowmobiling trip, and we continue to love it!

My son and I stayed at Jeff’s place and could ride right from the front door. Cabin was amazing with everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and super easy to work with. Thanks again and we’ll be back!

This is our second time renting this property. Perfect location for snowmobiling. Great host, quiet location, and all the amenities of home.

Very easy trail access. You can get to the gas stations quickly in one direction or bypass them entirely by going that other direction. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space to stretch out. The host is friendly and very helpful with our questions.

What an awesome property with a beautiful stream out back the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay very cozy place felt like being at home the night sky was loaded with stars what an awesome sight Jeff the owner is a really nice host can't wait to rent it again in the future.

No complaints about our stay. A deck is the highlight. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. beds comfortable. Fell asleep in the living room chair several times in the living room, which is always a good sign, host responsive, and available and answered the same question several times. Very patient person. Want to stay there again
