In the winter, ice fish on the lake, ski at Gunstock (20 min), Loon (40 min), Ragged (40 min) or Waterville Valley (45 min) & ride your snowmobile (trail at end of our road). Don’t forget leaf peeping in the fall!brbrEnter the house through the large mudroom with your own code using the keyless smart lock. You’ll find an open concept kitchen-living room with 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs including a Keurig machine and complimentary coffee. Completely renovated luxury Winnipesaukee waterfront sleeping 10 in Meredith. You'll notice the attention to every detail in the renovation of this property the minute step through the door. Going down the stairs; the kids will squeal with delight when they gaze upon the elf door under the stairs leading to their very own secret fort (go ahead and crawl in to check it out - we know you want to). The elf door is part of a full-sized door, making easy access by adults as well. When you're not out on the lake, you can challenge your vacation-mates to a game of pool or transport back in time to the old arcade days and see who will reign supreme as high scorer on Pacman (with 40 games) or Arcade Legends (with over 100 games); get those smack-talk zingers ready. After a long day of adventures, you can snuggle into the large sectional sofa for a movie. The lower level also gives you a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunks (stairs to the upper bunks make for an easy climb in and out of bed) and 2 twin trundle beds plus yet another full bath. Whether you are an extended family with lots of little ones or some friends reuniting for a memorable getaway, this is the perfect house for you. brbrExperience a retreat that is equipped with central A/C, Wi-Fi, a chef's kitchen (fully equipped), spacious vaulted living room with charming gas fireplace, an office, a lovely farmers porch, and covered deck. The chef's kitchen has ample counter space, a 6-burner stove, large island for gathering, and connects to a spacious dining room that seats 12 people. The owners of Seven Gables Farm have four generations that enjoy the space together. The 1st floor offers a master suite (king) with walk-in closet, desk, and private bath; a private office, and a roomy laundry/mudroom. Although not fully accessible for mobility needs, the home is mobility friendly. Three steps up to the house with a sturdy hand rail. One step into the home. Once on the main level there are no steps except a step out on to the covered deck. The doorway to the master bedroom is 35” wide as is the door into the master bath. There is a small lip on the shower under the shower door. Grab bars are available for the shower and toilet areas. There is also a powder room/ half bath on the first floor providing privacy for the master suite. With four of the bedrooms having king or queen beds and private bathrooms, this is also a wonderful accommodation for four couples to share. Lots of privacy for everyone.brbrUpstairs, on the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms, bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed sharing a full bath with bedroom 2, Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom (queen) is down a hallway with an en-suite private bath. There is a 3rd floor living area with a magnificent view. The finished walk out basement features a full bathroom, second refrigerator, an open entertaining area/playroom with games, books and puzzles. The french doors open onto a large patio area. There are two sleeping areas on this level.
