Excellent property close to everything. The house was super clean and accommodated our party of 10 well. Looking forward to the next Herman trip and staying at this property again.

No dish towels and very few paper towels, otherwise ok.

This quaint house was perfect for us girls! Easy to find. Walking distance from Amtrak or the trolley is available to drop you off! Very clean house with excellent layout in each room. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We loved the table inside and outside to accommodate our group in sitting together to visit. Plenty of room on the coaches to spend time together or watch something on the large TV. Located close to boutique’s and restaurants.

The place was very nice! Everything looked just like the pictures. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted! Loved the back porch too it was nice to be able to enjoy the evening outside.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had requested to cancel the week before because we had a death in the immediate family and were told no with very little expressed empathy which wasn’t great. We used to host and would always grant cancellations for deaths in the family. They just asked if we had an opportunity to purchase travel insurance. I also didn’t love that I was speaking to a property manager rather than the actual owner which made the conversation more cold. Property was great overall. It smelled amazing. There were just a few things that weren’t all that great. There was old coffee in the coffee maker which was gross and old Mac and cheese on some of the kitchen utensils - also gross. The downstairs bathroom also doesn’t shut properly which led to people walking in accidentally. There was also a dog next door that barked until after 1am which I realize is not their responsibility but it should be noted if it’s going to disrupt sleep. Last, the curtains in the room were very thin and I totally picked the wrong room and had direct sun coming straight in at 7am. Again, there was a ton to like. The house is wonderful. A few finishings (clean and check the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and blackout curtains in the bedroom) and a few disclosures in the ad about the dog and this is a 5/5.

Location was perfect. Easy access to shuttle and dowtown locatons. Had to call regarding a small issue with a toilet and response was very quick.

The house was awesome. Great for 8 people. Recently remodeled and it’s so nice! Open concept which you don’t always get in Hermann! Only thing that we ran into was there was only one trash bag so bring extra trash bags with you to save a trip to the store!

The property is fairly new. Must have bean a tear down. VERY CLEAN! All four bedrooms upstairs and 3 full baths and one half bath. Perfect for the four of us. Really comfortable beds. Three couches by the TV made it great to visit in the evenings. Great location to shops and restaurants. Our original plan was to use the trolley to visit wineries, but we ended up shopping all day! Would highly recommend!

The rental was in a great location to walk to wineries, whiskey distilleries and the trolley. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has what we needed to do light cooking.

The house is super cute and exactly as listed. It is SO convenient to downtown Hermann shopping and restaurants. Loved having off street parking for our group. Would definitely recommend for a weekend girls trip!

Nice home, very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and great location- walkable to everything!

Property was just as listed. Very clean with plenty of bathroom space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Only thing if negative, there were 10 of us and only one small sliver of soap and 1 very small container of shampoo for each bathroom with a shower. Glad that I brought some with me. Neighbors were very nice. Would stay there again.

We visited Hermann for a wedding. This house was perfect for our group! Clean and convenient!

Hermann was a great central location for us to meet up. This was our second year and we had just as much fun this time. The town is great with so much to do. Loved the house, great layout, everything you need!

Frene Valley is in the perfect location. You are in walking distance of everything downtown. It’s in a a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. Wide open space on first floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs. Super close to all the good things that Herman offers.

We had an amazing time in Hermann! The house was wonderful. Easy to find, great parking area off the street, excellent bedrooms and very spacious.

Perfect location to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Hermann. Short drive (10 minutes) to the wineries. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Place was perfect for our extended family, clean and exactly as described.

The Frene Valley house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and very roomy. The location was perfect. We walked to all the downtown shops, wineries, and restaurants. We had never been to Hermannn and we fell in love with the town.
